Insurance Customer Service Representative
- Responsible for consistently meeting production requirements as well as taking great care of our clients' service needs.
- Representatives in this department areresponsible for tasks such as marketing and pivoting to our clients at all times, obtaining referrals, client retention, building referral networks, answering the agency's phone, opening and closing the office, and handling all forms of service requests directed to our agency.
- Also, includes growing new accounts through establishing referral networks, generating leads, gathering information, conductingpresentations, and obtaining referrals.
- A North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License will be required and can be obtainedafter the interview.
