Role Overview
Sodexo Campus is #NowHiring our Retail and Catering Manager for Dean College located in Franklin, MA, working specifically Tuesday through Saturday 10:30am - 7:30pm-CONFIRMED. Salary is on the HIGH end of the range. Our leader will have oversight of a Starbucks, our Sodexo brand Boomer's, our mobile ordering platform and catering. This manager will have exceptional customer service skills, time management, stress-tolerance and flexibility skills. Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and a high level of empathy and compassion are required for success in the role. We are looking for an innovative leader who is comfortable with technology advances, learning new retail programs and who has strong employee engagement skills to drive strategic growth.

What You'll Do
Maintain client satisfaction for food quality & customer service
Manage cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies
Supervise day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers
Ensure there is a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees
Be accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery
Direct daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources
