Responsibilities:
· PO Pro: Create, review, and revise domestic and import purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Vendor Whisperer: Communicate effectively with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
· Eagle Eye: Monitor purchase orders, identify and follow up on late shipments, and work with vendors on solutions.
· Data Master: Maintain accurate PO information and generate reports to keep buyers informed.
· Sample Management Guru: Track and organize product samples for buyer review, ensuring timely delivery and return.
· Organization All-Star: Maintain efficient filing systems and complete administrative tasks to support the team.
· Special Projects Champion: Tackle various assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Qualifications:
· Organized and detail-oriented: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
· Excellent communication skills: Communicate effectively with buyers, vendors, and colleagues.
· Team player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and support your team's success.
· Problem-solving skills: Analyze situations and identify solutions to purchasing and vendor issues.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.
Note:
This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Framingham, MA.
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
