Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager in Natick, Massachusetts, 01760, United States. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be expected to manage accounting duties and help streamline the accounts payable process in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks Online and Bill.com for various accounting tasks
• Responsible for managing the accounts payable process and setting up AP processes
• Prioritize vendors for payments and manage expense reporting procedures
• Assist in implementing automated clearing house (ACH) procedures
• Take on additional accounting functions as necessary
Requirements
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Familiarity with bill.com software
• Proficiency in Expense Reporting
