Who You Are

As an ERP IT Analyst, you will bring your SAP experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the SAP/ERP system and processes. Your efforts will directly impact our 1LMX ‘Ahead of Ready’ initiative.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will work across multiple project teams to optimize Materials Management and Supply Chain Management processes. You will provide the following capability to the project team; Analyze Materials Management and Supply Chain business processes and procedures for improvement opportunity. Provide clearly defined solutions supporting Materials Management and Supply Chain Management for configuration of SAP and supporting business processes. Perform gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities including; Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Inventory Management, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul, and Packing Handling Storage & Transportation. Responsible for system design, development, configuration, unit testing, operational assessment readiness for SAP project implementation phases such as blueprint, configuration, testing and production support. In this role you will author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, master data records, reports, and custom transactions. In addition, be responsible for unit testing, integration testing, documentation and training of the end user community.

AeroSCM

Basic Qualifications:

o Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

o Experience with SAP modules such as but not limited to Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM)

o Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements

o Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions

o Experience working in Aerospace and Defense

o Experience facilitating data driven decisions

o Applying project management and functional experience, to meet operational business needs; increasing revenue and reducing cost

Desired Skills:

o Degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

o Experience working as an ERP Solution Architect

o Experience or understanding of agile software development

o Experience with Manufacturing Execution information systems or procurement systems such as Ariba

o Experience working with Military customers

o Experience Facilitating change and learning activities

o Experience working with Fiori and/or Personas

o Experience working with Enterprise Asset

Management (EAM) or Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM)

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $112,800 - $216,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
