Who You Are

Senior Manager for the F-35 Global Supply Chain sales forecasting team, AME/PFE Project Engineers, and the F-35 Control Account Manager (CAM) Team.

What You Will Be Doing

For F-35 Sales forecasting, this position will manage the team in developing a high fidelity LRP material forecast, as well as monitoring, reporting, and managing the forecast to the program commitments. This position will be highly integrated with the Finance and Business Operations team on F-35 and present data in executive level meetings on the program and to the corporation. Variance analysis on forecasting, corrective action, and continuous improvement mindset are important for this role and driving the team to similar mindset. For AME/PFE, the senior manager will lead the team to ensure contracts are executed to meet the needs of the warfighter and work to improve the process of AME/PFE requirements entered to DD250 of assets. For CAM Team, the senior manager will be responsible for leading the control account managers on the program to manage material and AME/PFE accounts within cost and schedule and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

This is a high-visibility position with tight deadlines. Non-standard work hours are periodically required to meet commitments. Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after your are hired.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Material Sales and Cost Forecasting Experience and/or Financial Planning

- Earned Value management experience

- Manager/Leadership experience

- Experience with SAP

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Desired Skills:

- Experience leading diverse teams

- Experience demonstrating senior level ability to research and successfully resolve complex and business critical issues.

- Demonstrated leadership ability through manager/leadership experience

- Proven successful team management experience illustrated through related work experience

- Background in Finance

- Background in Supply Chain Management

- Experience in Presenting to Sr. Leadership

- Able to make decisions with limited data

- Understanding Forecasting Cost for Suppliers

- Process Discipline

- Data Analytics and Automation

- Experience with Tableau

- Ability to work with people at all levels within Lockheed Martin, Program Management, teammates, and Government stakeholders

- Risk and opportunity management

- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build customer relationships and trust

- CAM Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
