Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Fort Worth, Texas. This role entails assisting sales account managers with customer requests and inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and preparing comprehensive sales presentations. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving department and organizational goals by completing assigned tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales account managers with customer requests and inquiries

• Accurately and efficiently perform computer and system data entry tasks

• Conduct reporting analysis to support sales initiatives and decision making

• Prepare comprehensive sales presentations to aid in client engagements

• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in relevant educational opportunities

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various tasks

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Contribute to achieving department and organizational goals by completing assigned tasks and projects. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills and experience

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively

• Proven experience in administrative assistance

• Ability to create and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
