We are looking for an accomplished web developer with full stack experience to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of responsive, modern Web applications for administrators and end users within a team that creates complete clinical solutions. Familiarity with the latest Web development frameworks is a must. This position requires someone who enjoys working within a team environment and is passionate about delivering a world-class user experience. Ultimately, we are looking for a self-starter who wants to feel proud of the work they can deliver, as these integrations are vital to the platform to support our customers and the patients that they care for.

What You Will Do

  • You will conduct or design advanced prototyping and testing

  • You will conduct advanced problem solving, identify and document potential solutions, and evaluate them against component and sub-system requirements

  • You will translate and document user needs to design inputs/specifications and produce advanced component and sub-system level designs

  • You will analyze and correct complex product design issues, using independent judgment

  • You will independently balance design tradeoffs while designing an integration for the system

  • You will interpret and implement software based on integration or protocol specifications

  • You will estimate time and resource requirements for projects

  • You will effectively and thoroughly document designs, implementations, configurations and changes for other team members and customers

  • You will help advance solutions by applying in-depth knowledge of customer needs

  • You will solicit and incorporate clinical safety practices and constraints from clinicians as design inputs

  • You will support Voice of Customer sessions internally and with clinicians

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline required

  • 6+ years of related work experience required

  • Experience with the Java Spring and Angular frameworks required

What We Would Love That You Have ( Preferred Qualifications)

(You do not need to have ALL of these)

  • Knowledgeable with tools for static/dynamic analysis, memory management, code coverage and techniques for analyzing software

  • Knowledge in software integration and deployment processes

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases

  • Experience building and/or maintaining message-oriented enterprise application integration software

  • Results driven, hands on approach to the full product life cycle from idea to implementation

  • Demonstrated passion to build great products in the right way

  • Experience successfully leading a small team or project to complete a shared vision

  • Comfortable with on-line, phone or in-person discussions with customers
