Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Quality Assurance to join the ArcBest Technologies team. The Student Worker, Quality Assurance performs functions related to both manual and automated test methods for the Quality Assurance Team while learning the basic fundaments of the Quality Assurance process at ArcBest Technologies. This position creates both manual and automated test cases.
Your contribution may include:
Execute manual and automated testing for software projects.
Record and report detailed test results.
Create detailed bug reports for issues found during testing.
Assist with writing manual test cases under supervision as needed.
Assist with writing test automation under supervision using multiple test frameworks.
Develop foundational knowledge for testing tools and techniques.
Assist in managing test devices.
Interface with internal ArcBest Technology teams.
Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As the Student Worker, Quality Assurance, you will be a member of the ArcBest Technologies Software Practices team in Fort Smith, AR. This will be a part-time position averaging less than 30 hours per week. Hours are flexible based on college schedule. General working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Basic coding skills, preferred.
