ManpowerGroup Property Maintenance Technician in Fort Mill, South Carolina
Our client in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team! This position is Monday - Thursday with flexibility for urgent calls on Friday.
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr.
What’s the Job?
Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on houses and apartments.
Adhere to routine service calls, turnover cleanings, painting, carpentry, plumbing, lock changes, and light HVAC.
Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.
Drive a company vehicle to property locations.
Document and maintain records as required.
What’s Needed?
2 year minimum of property maintenance experience.
Positive, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.
High School Diploma required.
Valid Drivers License and ability to pass a background check.
Ability to work well with others and multitask.
