TEKsystems Mortgage Document Specialist in Fort Mill, South Carolina

Start date: 6/25 or 7/9

Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7:30-5 (7:30-4:30 OR 8:00-5:00)

Fully on-site, there is no opportunity for remote

Description:

The Mortgage Document Specialist handles the flow of incoming documents post closing and is responsible for tracking of missing documents, final document review, resolution for title policies, and final document delivery.

  • Handles incoming mail

  • Covers checklist and logs documents into system (100-150/day)

  • Reviews final documents for accuracy

  • Obtains minor title policy corrections from title companies

  • Works directly with title companies and settlement agents for corrective documentation or missing trailing documents.

  • Works Investor reporting

  • Manages final document pipeline

  • Sends any necessary information to customers

  • Collects and prepares documents for shipment

Must haves/Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Adobe is a plus

  • Mortgage experience; administrative and phone support

  • Detail oriented, ability to support multiple tasks
