Job Title: Entry-Level Assembly Technician
Location: Fort Mill
Salary: $16 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Full-time, with potential for overtime and shift work including evenings and weekends)

Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Assembly Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will assemble finishing components onto air compressors in our warehouse/production facility. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly: Efficiently assemble finishing pieces onto air compressors following detailed instructions and blueprints.
Tool Usage: Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
Learning and Development: Learn additional electrical and mechanical skills on the job.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and machinery are beneficial.
Skills:
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential issues in the assembly process.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds as needed.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Working Conditions:
Environment: Warehouse/production facility with non-climate controlled conditions.
Schedule: Full-time with the potential for overtime and shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
