Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee a new construction project of a storage unit for books at Fort Meade, valued at $40 million. The role involves implementing the entire QC program, attending all post-award coherence, CQC plan meetings, coordination and mutual understanding meetings, conducting CQC meetings, performing the 3 phases of quality control process, performing submittal review and approval, and ensuring testing is performed.
Hard Skills
10 years of progressive experience within construction
USACE certification (ability to obtain prior to starting)
Experience with projects valued at $20 million or more
Soft Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fort Meade, MD
Work Environment
On-site at the construction location during the day
