Immediately Hiring: Manufacturing Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Focus on accurately scanning, digitizing, and organizing a high volume of work orders into the company's electronic
recordkeeping system, ensuring seamless documentation and easy retrieval.
Maintain organized and accurate electronic files to support efficient workflow and compliance
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate documentation
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be computer-savvy and able to learn new software independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and documentation
Familiarity with aerospace or highly regulated industries
Associate's Degree
