Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Support in payroll tasks
Support in AP and AR tasks
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
Ensure office supply is available to management
Administrative Assistant Skills
2 years work experience in related field preferred
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Accurate record-keeping
High organizational skills and the ability to follow procedures
Multitasking, time management and flexibility
Capability to work under pressure
Ability to work well independently
Team player
