U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in Fort Huachuca, Arizona

Summary About the Position: Fort Huachuca, Greely Hall office. Typical hours of work are from either 0700-1600 or 0800-1700. Responsibilities Directs accomplishment of assigned area by making necessary adjustments, modifications, and revisions to meet objectives. Reviews accomplishments of the organization for technical adequacy, progress, consistency and compliance with policies, procedures, directives, etc. Participates in the management of assigned projects including: the implementation of project management policies, plans, requirements and directions; and formulation and implementation of policies for the general operations of the organization. This position works with senior leadership in USAISEC, CECOM, AMC, HQDA and PEO/PM offices to understand personnel requirements, develop indirect reimbursable rates, and monitor the execution of reimbursable funds against the reimbursable plan. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the NH-3 or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1). Directing the analysis and execution of budgetary programs for an organization; 2). Performs human resource functions such as appraisals, recruitments and/or trainings; 3). Assigns work and establishes priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work; 4). Gives advice, counsel and/or instruction to subordinates on both work and administrative matters. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Planning and Evaluating Program Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (NH-03/GS-13). This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-15 grade step 6 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-04 Supervisory Program Analyst is $124,395 to $170,705 including locality at the rate of 18.92%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
