We envision communities where everyone has opportunity and access to a stable home. Since 1970, N2N has provided housing stability services to residents of Larimer County. Annually, we secure stable housing for over 10,000 local households by preventing homelessness and displacement, providing budget education, youth programs, homeownership education, and by operating affordable apartments for families and individuals. JOB SUMMARY: Neighbor to Neighbor's Director of Properties and Asset Management oversees N2N's property management operations, community development, and real estate. The Director is responsible for design and implementation of N2N's asset management and real estate strategy and supervision of the Property Manager and maintenance team involved in the existing portfolio of 132 units across 8 properties. As a member of N2N's Executive leadership team, the Director of Properties and Asset Management will collaborate with N2N Directors to set and implement organizational strategies, analyze program data, ensure program compliance, manage effective human relations, and support fundraising efforts to maintain financial stability across the organiza

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure adequate hiring, training, transition, and retention of the Property Management team Establish and maintain positive, consistent approach and standard operating procedures for N2N property/asset management and resident services programming to create an effective, professional, trusting and safe atmosphere Identify and direct continual improvements to our portfolio's economic performance; monitor program spending to ensure alignment with funding and program budgets Ensure consistent compliance with Fair Housing laws, LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and local regulations Ensure timely and accurate data tracking and program reporting to ensure compliance Collaborate with Finance Team and Asset Management Committee to identify opportunities for rehab and purchase. Work with team to accomplish goals for portfolio, new construction, and acquisitions Oversee development and maintenance of local and state partnerships, grants, and relationships with funders and finance partners to support program success and sustainability, including overseeing property taxes, reserve replacements, annual renewal of contracts, etc Oversee development of community partnerships and programming to support clients in achieving their housing and personal goals Support N2N's Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) initiative in approach to service delivery, program access, and staff managemen Partner with other Directors to achieve the organization's mission and vision, providing program insights to N2N leadership and Board Positively represent N2N in the community Other responsibilities as needed for the success of the organization

WORK MODEL (IN OFFICE, HYBRID OR REMOTE): The position will be in the office two days a week with remote work available for the rest of the week.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: A bachelors degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of Management or Director experience with a demonstrated track record of excellence in the following areas: Strong executive leadership with a bias for action Able to communicate and effectively achieve organization's vision Yardi experience preferred Strong business skills including fiscal oversight, strategic planning, management Demonstrated fiscal management ex erience Skilled in fund development and community outreach Property management, real estate, and/or asset management experience Knowledge of affordable housing programs Outgoing, charismatic and confident with an ability to unite and engage Good organizational and problem-solving skills

SALARY:

$80,000/year
