JOB REQUIREMENTS: Powder Coat Painter - 1st Shift Manufacturing and Operations Fort Atkinson, WI * ID: 3826 * Full-Time/Regular Spacesaver is currently recruiting for Paint Line Tech on 1st Shift. This position is Full Time with a wage range starting at \$21.00/hr. Responsibilities Include: Perform pre-treatment, including testing and maintenance of chemicals. Powder paint (manually/automated) surfaces, parts, and products per work instructions and quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment problems. Demonstrates strong leadership, mentors others, and makes solid decisions. Schedule: 4 ten hour days, Monday through Thursday, 4am-2pm Mandatory OT on Fridays Mandatory OT every other Saturday as needed Physical Work and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Required Skills A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience or a technical degree and 1 year of experience. Powder Coat paint knowledge is a plus. The ability to read to read tape measures and efficiently operate all other required measuring devices is also required. Candidates best suited for this role will have a proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
