Aerotek Welder / Fitter in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin

You will be working in a high-end custom fabrication shop to complete a variety of weldments including: structural platforms, custom machinery bases, stands, enclosures for data storage, and various other projects for the government and military defense industries. The majority of projects will built out of mild (carbon) steel, but may include occasional stainless steel projects as well. You will be working from blueprints to ensure projects are built specifications.
* You will also be eligible to obtain certifications through the AWS through the company *
Pay: $24.75/hr to $31.50/hr to get started
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 4:00PM ; Monday - Thursday + OT on Friday
* 2nd shift also available *

Requirements:
1 year of welding experience OR technical degree in a relevant field required
2-3+ years of MIG or FCAW welding experience preferred
Experience working from blueprints and engineered drawings required
