Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting in the Florence, SC area for a Parts Counter Salesperson (Automotive & Truck Parts). This is a full time position 8am -5pm Mon - Friday pay rate is $16 an hour.
Job Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive and truck parts and a strong ability to assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts inquiries and orders.
Identify, source, and sell parts for a variety of vehicles, including cars and trucks.
Use inventory management systems to check stock and process transactions.
Work with mechanics, fleet managers, and retail customers to ensure they receive the correct parts.
Maintain knowledge of new products, promotions, and industry trends.
Handle returns, warranties, and special orders efficiently.
Keep the parts counter and storage areas organized and well-stocked.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years in automotive/truck parts sales or counter service.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle parts, systems, and manufacturers.
Customer Service: Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with parts catalog systems and inventory software.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
