TEKsystems Claims Processor II in Florence, South Carolina
TEKsystems has a Claims Processor II opportunity in Florence, SC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Claims Processor performs research on claim problems by utilizing policies, procedures, reference materials, forms and coordinates with various internal support areas.
· Determines to return, deny or pay claims following organizational policies and procedures.
· Assists in training or mentoring new staff members.
· Reviews and adjudicates complex or specialty claims.
· Enters claims into the claim system after verification of correct coding of procedures &diagnosis.
· Verifies that claims have been keyed correctly.
· Ensures that claims are processing according to established quality and production standards.
· Corrects processing errors by reprocessing, adjusting, and/or recouping claims .
Required Experience:
· 2 years of experience processing, researching and adjudicating claims.
· Capability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
· Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.11 - $23.11/hr.
