Goodwill Mid Michigan Plant Production Worker in Flint, Michigan
Mission: To assist individuals with barriers to employment in making the transition to independence and self-sufficiency.
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time Plant Production position at our Flint Warehouse
FIRST SHIFT: 7:30-4pm, Monday-Friday
$13.00 an hour and 20% off at Goodwill Mid Michigan stores

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Achieve production standards for tasks assigned
Sort and evaluate goods for retail stores and properly sort salvage by category
Meet hourly goals with tenacity and precision
Think you've got what it takes?
Do you work well on a team?
Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
Can you reach, bend and stoop?
Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
Do you have the ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques?
Can you move a 275 pound cart/rack utilizing mechanical support?
Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
