Child Care Center Cook/Associate Teacher
Bring your cooking talents and kitchen management skills as a Cook Bright Horizons . You’ll plan menus, prepare meals, and order inventory as you make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and staff. This a dual role the morning will in the cook position and the afternoon assisting in classrooms.

As a Cook, you will:
Plan and prepare nutritionally balanced meals for children and staff.
Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
Manage all aspects of prepping and preparing meals, as well as cleaning and complying with sanitation requirements.
As a Associate Teacher, you will:
Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations
Requirements:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
At least 18 years of age with a high school degree or GED required
Relevant experience working in a licensed child care center, public school, or commercial kitchen required
