Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Sheet Metal Installer and work on a vital remodeling project at a corporate office in Findlay, OH. This full-time position operates on 1st shift, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role primarily involves installing air handlers, various ductworks, and framing. Your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, and installing sheet metal; laying out and setting up duct systems; reading blueprints to implement precise installations; assisting with the assembly and installation of HVAC equipment; and maintaining the proper condition and functionality of the equipment. Safety compliance with OSHA and TPMC standards is mandatory. You will also be involved in offloading deliveries and loading trucks at job sites. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$33.
Hard Skills
5+ years experience in installing air handlers, ductwork, and framework
Experience with RTU's, curb units, and various sizes of ductwork
Proficiency in reading blueprints for installation setups
OSHA 10 or higher certification
Boom/scissor lift training/certification
Possession of own hand tools
Soft Skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
