What you will do: Work with Director of Key Accounts/Wholesale & Retail Develop and maintain relationships, sales growth strategies and activities with Business Ag Retailers Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with Key Accounts Responsible for implementation of business development approaches to maximize growth and profitability with specifically identified Top accounts Collaborate with Nutrien field staff to ensure flawless execution to meet the needs of key accounts Establish a continuous feedback approach and process to connect with Top Producers Co-create with Sales and Marketing, lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year Top Producer centric grower experience Execute pilots, tactics, and relationship initiatives, while tracking performance and adjusting tactics to meet market conditions Establish and develop trusting relationships with accounts Responsible for account level sales planning and overall account management Own budget and forecasting for identified accounts Document identified information about Key accounts so that it can be shared within our organization. Champion Top Producers team and strategy with our sales organization and other Nutrien Ag Solutions teams Maintain open channels of communication and collaboration with the regions via regular updates and quarterly strategy meetings both remote and in-person Collaborate with Director of Proprietary Support & Solutions to enable solutions offering in Top Producers centric approach Division office in Findlay, OH/Territory would be N.W. OH What you will bring: Bachelor's Degree in business, agriculture, marketing or related field, agriculture preferred in seed, chemicals, fertilizer 10+ years of experience in retail sales and marketing in an agriculture-related field Ready to make an impact with us?
