Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Sr. Education Services Analyst (f/m/d) in Feldkirchen, Germany

Training coordination responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests for live/virtual training: consult, quote, coordinate, process orders/invoices.

  • Organize trainer allocation, logistics and technical set-up on Amazon Web Services.

  • Customer data administration and reporting in Learning Management System.

  • Account administration and strategic collaboration with services sales and field engineers.

  • Process customer enquiries for online training courses and certifications.

Creative and project-related responsibilities:

  • Awareness creation and communication for customer training, e.g., mailer campaigns, social media, video storyboards, etc.

  • Collaboration in various training projects and events such as: webinars, blogs, analytics, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • A commercial qualification and 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, training administration, marketing, sales or similar.

  • Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage.

  • Experience with Learning Management software (Docebo) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.

  • Proficiency with MS Office package and Teams, Zoom.

  • Experience with modern marketing tools and processes.
