Understand the functional aspects, business processes, interfaces, screens, mockups, business flow and data of dependent systems. Develop and implement digital platforms, as well as integrate solutions and related changes. Work with business partners to develop system requirements. Develop program changes and implement system changes. Develop use and associated test cases and execute test plans. Ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with ITM standards, as well as comply with departmental standards. Perform Production Support as required and promptly address customer issues/tickets. Address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Plan and communicate for the development of project plans and schedules. Track progress to plans. Communicate status, issues, and risks to supervisor, colleagues and stakeholders on a timely basis. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management. Collaborate with DFS colleagues in other regions for building scalable solutions.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or related, plus three (3) years of experience in job offered or related. Employer will also accept a Master's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or related, plus one (1) year of experience in job offered or related. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.

Special Requirements: Experience must include:

1. Working with Agile Methodologies;
2. Developing front end and back-end solutions, and integrating them using ESB technology;
3. Knowledge of database access patterns and JDBC;
4. Knowledge of standard MVC frameworks Spring, Struts and Angular;
5. Working with JSON, XML, HTTPs and relevant protocols, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, Java and UDB DB2 database.
