Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Shift: Monday - Friday, flexible start times The Credit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial statements and assessing various credit requests, including new, modified, refinanced, and annual reviews. They will provide detailed recommendations on credit risk based on comprehensive analysis and present their findings to management, particularly regarding the borrower's ability to repay. The role also includes ensuring credit files are current, reconciling discrepancies, and addressing any variances. Additionally, the Credit Analyst will develop and maintain spreadsheets and models to support the credit decision-making process, while staying informed about the company's lending protocols and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field. 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar quantitative role. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data. Solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, and credit risk analysis.
