We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst and Project Manager to support a healthcare organization in Falls Church, VA.

Successful Candidate will:

Align the technical efforts of the program with business operations Support requirements analysis and program management support efforts for a technical solution within the Sitecore CMS platform Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements Facilitate sessions with business stakeholders to elicit feedback in order to design and document business requirements, business rules, and analytics Track and coordinate functional specifications and requirements for all design, development, and implementation activities Draft and maintain the project roadmap and milestone schedule Actively participate in customer meetings to support the solutions outlined in the project roadmap Analyze requirements for completeness, ensuring concise, feasible, linkage and complete documentation of interdependency the design, development, and deployment tasks Report on common technical issues and make recommendations for improvement to the product team Serve as expert advisor and liaison between technical and business teams and make recommendations for improvement Perform ad hoc assignments from client including pulling data, providing analysis, covering meetings, starting new projects, and serving as a lead on specific efforts

Requirements Include:

Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience needed Ability to write clear, concise documents that communicate the needs of the functional proponents Experience with Sitecore, .NET development and/or content management systems (CMS) required Understanding of user experience principles and information architecture experience a plus Must have superb organizational skills and be highly detail oriented Understand Scrum Methods
