We’re searching for an RN Director who’s passionate about both growth and community-centered care. This unique opportunity is ideal for a proactive, entrepreneurial leader who’s eager to build a dedicated team that delivers compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to clients and families.
In this pivotal role, you’ll bring your clinical, leadership, relationship-building, and business skills to develop a thriving office from the ground up, fostering a positive culture where both clients and staff feel supported. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the full spectrum of office operations while working toward advancement to the role of Director.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity:
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 for first year (experience-dependent) + Bonus Opportunity

Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client service excellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs that support office growth and quality care.
Qualifications :
RN License in the state of Virginia with a four-year college degree.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the home health industry.
Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office team with a focus on quality care.
Background in marketing and recruiting is highly desirable.
Strong communication and networking skills to build relationships with the community and represent BAYADA.
Ambition for career growth!
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
