4U Roofing Roofer in Fairhope, Alabama
Description: We are hiring to train and develop a roofing crew to our very high standards, which includes the County Building Codes, Fortified Levels, Manufacturer Enhanced Warranty Levels and beyond as we keep safety and efficiency rules. Our trained crewmen will tear off shingles and other materials down to the bare roof decking wood, properly dispose of them into our dump trailers, evaluate the roofing system, and make improvements, then take steps to properly install new roofing materials. Dependable transportation is required as our worksites change regularly.
Requirements:
Excellent Balance and the ability to safely climb up/down ladders and steep roofs is a must. Physical stamina as the work is always outdoors. Physical strength as lifting of 50 pounds of material is a normal part of the work day. Manual dexterity and math skills are needed in calculating and handling hand/power tools. The ability to focus on the work at hand without distractions such as phones or personal issues.
