TSC's Airborne ISR Division is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead scalable, innovative Airborne ISR Services for ongoing U.S. Government and commercial programs. This role is critical in advancing both existing and future capabilities within the division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the PM will drive improvements in processes, workflow, quality, planning, and execution, while working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence, program growth, and the ability to integrate newly developed ISR technologies. This position is primarily based in Dayton, OH, though a remote or hybrid telework arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. The successful candidate will serve as a key leader and management focal point within the division, acting as a technical Program Manager responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across functional teams. This role will also lead an ISR services program, requiring deep expertise in UAS systems and close collaboration with Operational Leadership and Managers. This position demands strong risk management, resource allocation, and budget oversight to drive program success. The PM will be instrumental in expanding ISR service offerings, working closely with industry partners to deliver globally focused solutions in a high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities: Translate the Division Manager's vision and business strategy into effective program execution Act as a primary authority for program management activities within the division Oversee multiple dynamic projects within a single program, managing the full lifecycle from business development (B&P) to contract award, execution, sustainment, growth, and closeout Maintain a strategic focus on core Program Management functions while providing servant leadership to operational and functional teams Ensure elite standards for all delivered services and technologies, engaging in technical aspects when necessary Manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, strategic partners, and suppliers within the assigned scope Collaborate across all functional areas within the division to improve workflows and efficiency Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Division or Operations Manager Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in related field and 16 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in DoD Airborne ISR US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum secret level DoD clearance Valid US Passport and ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time. Demonstrated Program Management of Highly Complex or Technical ISR Systems, and related Services Proven Program Management of complex ISR systems and services Established customer relationships, with a strong understanding and ability to anticipate/navigate challenges Strong attention to detail, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and project completion under dynamic conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Program Management (Defense Acquisition University or industry equivalent) Understanding of P&L, cost pools and DCAA-compliant timekeeping/expense standards Previous "Initial Cadre' designation for emerging AISR platforms, proven success in developing AISR platforms operating above 10kft MSL Prior Go/No-Go authority (or key advisor) on ISR platforms with >$25M risk exposure; ability to make accountable decisions and avoid repeat failures Experience working within complex government/commercial ecosystems with competing stakeholder interests Ability to develop trust, sell and deliver solutions, and align with company policies and procedures Deep technical and tactical knowledge of multi-INT payload systems, integration complexities, and both developmental & operational testing TSC Benefits: TSC o
