Everts Air Parts Clerk in Fairbanks, Alaska
Job Summary
Receive, prepare and ship parts, consumables and all materials routed to and from the Parts Department. Process paperwork for inspection and accounting purposes.

Essential Functions:
Verify incoming parts have all required documentation and they match vendors paperwork.
Receive repaired, overhauled, or new parts into inventory through RAAS database.
Receive COMAT parts into inventory through RAAS database.
Prepare Serviceable Tags for received parts as needed.
Place all received parts on inspection room shelf for inspection.
Create shipping bills in RAAS database when items are shipped to alternate locations.
Assist with preparation of all parts shipped via Gold Streak, RAVN, or any means necessary for AOG aircraft.
Quarantine parts that have any documentation discrepancies.
Work with inspectors and the Parts Manager to resolve any discrepancies with parts that have been quarantined.
Assist with expediting as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and stockroom floor area.

Safety
Comply with all safety aspects, specific practices and procedures of the work scope and position(s).
Be familiar with the Companys Safety Management System (SMS) and Occupational Safety Manual (OSM).
Contribute to the Safety Culture of the Company and report any Safety Hazards.
Required to learn and understand Dangerous Goods Transportation requirements.
Keep your work areas clean and free of hazards; correct unsafe conditions when encountered and report those, that you are unable to personally correct, to a supervisor.

Ability to reach horizontally and vertically with arms. Sufficient dexterity to manipulate small objects and print or write legibly.
Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility and stamina to lift, carry, push or pull objects which may frequently exceed 70 pounds in a series of functional tests which clearly simulates the work environment.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Requires the ability to be sedentary for extended periods of time.
Shall perceive the nature of sound, near and far vision, depth perception, providing oral information, the manual dexterity to operate business related equipment, and handle and work with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
