Our client is currently hiring a Channel Operations Analyst - Chargebacks to join their team in Exton. As a Channel Operations Analyst specializing in Chargebacks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate processing of chargebacks within the Flex RM system. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to minimizing deductions and optimizing payment accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various data submissions and maintaining crucial master data. If you have flexiblity in your schedule and are able to work 20 to 40 hours per week based on business needs then for this position today!

Responsibilities
As a Channel Operations Analyst - Chargebacks, job duties include:
Efficiently manage the daily/weekly processing of chargeback transactions to mitigate deductions.
Conduct thorough analysis and validation of all submitted data elements to uphold payment accuracy standards.
Identify and address ineligible transactions promptly, collaborating with wholesalers to reconcile disputed claims.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions, thereby reducing chargeback deduction balances and preventing future occurrences.
Monitor and manage the group email inbox on a daily basis.Respond to chargeback resubmissions, membership eligibility inquiries, and other miscellaneous queries, ensuring detailed analysis and timely follow-up.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in chargeback processing or operations analysis is highly desirable.
Proficiency in utilizing Flex RM system or similar software preferred.
Demonstrated analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or collaboratively within a team.
