Maxim Healthcare Services LVN Homecare in Exeter, California
Pay: $30 - $32 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Hands on training is provided and must have LVN license in order to apply
Maxim Healthcare is in search for a License Vocational Nurse's that is interested in working and gaining hands on care for an Adult client in Exeter, CA. Patient is G Tube, Trach and Ventilator dependent. Patient is verbal and can speak with you.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
