Our Client, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Excelsior Springs, MO. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
Repair and replace parts as needed
Assist in implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs
Maintain accurate equipment records
Participate in ongoing safety training
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Trade school certification in Industrial/Electrician/Millwright or Industrial/Mechanic (a plus)
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
This available shift is: Fri & Sat (5a-5p) Sun & Mon (5p-5a) Off Tues/Wed/Thurs Benefits paid for you and immediate family**
salary: $62,000 - $62,961 per year

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair problems on plant facilities and production equipment in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic.
Assists in the implementations and improvement of effective preventive maintenance programs for all equipment, performing scheduled maintenance on facilities and production equipment as required
Complete all work in accordance with OSHA, NEC, JIC and DNR standards and regulations.
To work in a safe, quality minded and productive manner with a sense of urgency to achieve maintenance deadlines and to attain production priorities as scheduled.
Communicates with maintenance manager and maintenance area/shift leaders and other plant personnel about maintenance concerns, providing complete action plans and status reports as and when required.
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
