Human Resource Generalist / Benefits / Employee Relations
Up to $65,000 annual salary

Who We Need:
The Arc Mercer is currently in need of an Human Resource Generalist that has experience in Benefits and Employee Relations. The ideal candidate would provide administrative help to our Benefits Administrator and Employee Relations Manager. The Human Resource Generalist would be responsible for working with our staff on employee benefits and help manage employee relations and investigative issues.
What We Need:
Assist Benefits Administrator in regards to tasks related to all employee benefits including, 401k, medical, dental, life, health, wellness, COBRA,
Help oversee leave management process and review/approve paperwork. Including, FLMA, NJFLA, NJ Disability, NJFLI
Help manage/oversee workers' compensation claims.
Complete and submit various reports to benefits vendors and brokers.
Help Employee Relations Manger on employee relations and investigative issues.
What You Need:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field
2+ years Human Resource experience required
Employee Benefits and Leaves experience required
Valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record
Excellent computer skills, including Google and MS Office Suites
Highly organized and detail oriented
Experience with investigations and employee relation matters.
Excellent customer and communication skills
