Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (9+ Months)
Schedule: 2nd Shift (Start: 1:00 PM ±1 hour, End: 9:30 PM ±1 hour)
Pay Rate: $30.23 to $41.63
About the Role:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Test Planning and Support Specialist to assist with flight test operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will be responsible for coordinating test planning, managing critical flight test assets, and ensuring seamless test execution . Your contributions will directly impact the success of aerospace development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate product testing, estimate support requirements, and ensure availability of test equipment, materials, and vehicles .
Monitor test progress, ensure proper configuration of test articles and facilities , and return them to pre-test conditions.
Maintain test documentation to support regulatory requirements.
Manage 1,100+ flight test assets , including storage, tracking, and inventory control.
Handle surplus, relocation, and restocking of test equipment during refurbishments.
Pick up DAR media from A/P and deliver to data log stations (TDRS) .
Support Seattle Flight Test asset management and operations .
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet customer requirements .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools .
Ability to operate small lifting mechanisms for handling heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a service van (including trips up to 30 minutes away).
Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs .

Pay Details: $30.23 to $41.63 per hour
