Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of small to large-scale facility projects, from pre-construction planning through project execution to project closeout, ensuring flawless execution and delivery

  • Develop comprehensive project requirements, integrated plans, and detailed work breakdown structures that serve as the blueprint for project success, achieving objectives within established scope, budget, and schedule

  • Monitor and communicate project status, current baselines, changes, risks/issues/opportunities, and provide timely updates, ensuring unwavering project oversight and lightning-fast decision-making

  • Perform awe-inspiring variance analysis, critical path scheduling, cash flow projections, and cost tracking, keeping projects soaring high within budgetary constraints and making recommendations for change when necessary

  • Complete closeout of projects and document lessons learned, capturing valuable insights, and paving the way for continuous improvement and future successes

  • Lead or participate in enterprise initiatives, contribute to the creation of standards, provide mentorship and training, and engage in non-advocate reviews, driving innovation and excellence within the organization

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects

  • 5+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server

  • 5+ years of experience reading & interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project cost management

  • 5+ years of experience with AutoCad (or similar CAD package)

  • 5+ years of experience working in facilities, maintenance, or construction

  • Willing to travel domestically as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management

  • 5+ years of experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems

  • 3+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience

  • 3+ years of facilities and/or site services experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $115,600 – $156,400
