What You Will Do:

  • Spearhead all financial and management accounting, controlling, reporting, planning, and analysis activities across the entire business.

  • Partner closely with leadership and supporting functions globally to achieve strategic financial objectives.

  • Maintain a stable internal control environment, ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adherence to US GAAP standards.

  • Provide actionable insights and develop robust financial plans to enhance organizational efficiency and lower operational costs.

  • Lead a team of finance and accounting professionals in the US and Philippines, fostering growth and talent development while implementing best practices.

  • Ensure financial investments and business commitments align with strategic objectives, generating adequate returns and mitigating risks.

  • Offer technical guidance on contractual and accounting matters, critical performance metrics, and ad-hoc business analysis.

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% to oversee operations and drive strategic initiatives firsthand.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with one or more of the following: financial and management accounting, cost accounting and control, engineering development programs, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience as a finance leader within a large manufacturing company, either as a divisional CFO or controller, and must be familiar with US GAAP.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, specifically with SAP and Hyperion, or similar ERP systems, demonstrating practical experience in financial management and reporting software.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (advanced excel, PowerPoint).

  • Aerospace experience

  • CPA, or CMA

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
