Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitors existing contracts to determine compliance as directed. Develops contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documents

  • Interacts with suppliers and buyers. Facilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes

  • Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for facilities activities

  • Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities

  • May participate in meetings with other organizations such as Safety, Health, and Environmental Affairs (SHEA), Supply Management and Procurement (SM&P, Document Control, Legal, Security and Fire, IT) to create and validate processes. Participates in and supports elements of projects

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in project management or construction management

  • Experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

  • Experience managing projects and applying standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), architecture, or construction management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • 1+ years of experience in site services and/or facilities

  • 1+ years of experience using AutoCAD or a similar software

  • 1+ years of experience using Procore or a similar software

  • 1+ years of experience monitoring & coordinating implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $73,950 – $100,050
