OneMain Financial Document Specialist in Evansville, Indiana
At OneMain, Document Specialists play a key role in the seamless processing of documents, encompassing preparation for distribution, scanning, copying and prompt delivery of materials. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, they ensure integrity of data entry is maintained to deliver excellent products and services.
In the Role:
Maintain knowledge of department operations, equipment, systems, and software to fulfill service requirements
Train and guide team members on processes
Discover enhancement opportunities and implement changes
Provide distribution and courier services
Assist management in project development and maintenance
Prepare and/or sort documents, processing documents as needed and provide courier service utilizing company equipment and vehicles
Perform activities to assist with basic record-keeping requirements such as spreadsheets and log updates
Develop skills to perform quality assurance activities
Maintain appropriate position documentation
Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years experience in document management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Driver’s license
Ability to lift 40 pounds
