Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to assist in day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of building/facility, equipment, and machinery, including CNC machines. This role emphasizes building support equipment and processes, and involves relocating equipment and departments as needed. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the work of Facilities Support Project Technicians, prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversee the work product. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with department managers and supervisors to perform equipment and department moves, install new processes, manage performance of direct reports, and develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for applicable equipment, machinery, and building/grounds. Responsibilities also include managing third-party contractor support, preparing budgets, securing estimates and cost quotes, enforcing safety and housekeeping practices, coordinating equipment shipments between facilities, providing support to other locations for machine issues, and ensuring environmental responsibility in operations.
