Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will follow work orders and written instructions to set up and operate various machines in the plant. You will work alongside a staff to perfect your skills. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machines for production runs, ensuring correct tooling and programs are being run for each job, adjusting machine feed and speed, changing tooling, and making adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions. You will also calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut, and use precision measuring tools. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential.
Pay/Shift
19-21/hr - All openings will train on 1st shift
2nd shift - 2pm-10:30pm - M-F
3rd shift - 10pm-6:30am - M-F
Hard Skills
Entry level CNC operating
Production or manufacturing experience
Machine setup and operation
Precision measuring tools usage

This is a fully on-site position in Eureka, Missouri.
