Insight Global Project Controls Coordinator in Etobicoke, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Controls Coordinator to join a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This person will be responsible for processing invoices, purchase orders, works orders, and more. Some tasks include performing documentation controls tasks relating to the invoices, POs and WOs, assisting in project cost reviews, and maintaining and improving documentation procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be diligent in maintaining speed and accuracy in their work.

Skills and Requirements

Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing

Procure to Pay (AP) experience Experience with the creation of SOP's

Ariba experience null
