Role Overview:
As a Direct Support Provider, you will:
Build Caring Relationships: Establish and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients. Provide Various Services: Offer services such as Respite, Homemaker support, Community Connection, Mentorship, or Host Home opportunities. Adhere to Guidelines: Follow PPRS and State of Colorado care guidelines to ensure high-quality support. Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and individualized care based on client needs. Assist with daily activities and personal care as required. Develop and implement support plans tailored to each client. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members. Maintain accurate records and track client progress through a web-based system. Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience with Developmental Disabilities is preferred but not required. Professionalism and a strong focus on individualized care. Effective communication skills. Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (if transportation is involved). Ability to pass background checks and reference screenings. Job Types:
Full-time Part-time Internship Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
