Emerson Inside Sales/Valve Application Specialist in ESTADO DE MEXICO, Mexico
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Review Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to assess customer needs and recommend suitable Emerson products.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Impact Partners using CRM and Oracle.
Serve as a liaison between Impact Partners and factories, ensuring smooth coordination for non-standard products and special applications.
Support pricing and purchasing teams by providing list and purchase price information.
Apply industry codes and standards to customer specifications, ensuring compliance and providing technical mentorship.
Help Impact Partners efficiently navigate Emerson resources to access accurate information quickly.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, offering technical support and mentorship when needed.
Continuously develop expertise in Isolation Valve products to improve customer support.
Who You Are:
You have proven track record to apply effective solutions to difficult problems. You have excellent verbal and written communication.You have the ability to multi-task and optimally handle contending priorities.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or a related field.
Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in technical or STEM sales in place of a degree.
Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate to sophisticated skills in MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
Experience with Oracle is helpful.
Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
2+ years of experience in the flow control industry, with knowledge of isolation valves, actuation applications, fluid mechanics, or electro-mechanical equipment.
