Skills:
Communicating with customers to take/write up custom orders, taking art notes, sourcing garments, writing up invoices, taking payments, operating heat presses to decorate mugs, hats and garments.
Tasks:
- Take custom orders for shirts, mugs and more.
- Use heat press to decorate Shirts, Mugs, other products.
- Confer with customers by telephone and/or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' issues.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Complete contract forms, using computers.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
