We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join our Finance Center of excellence Intercompany Team at BD. As a member of this team, your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and quality of intercompany accounts and processes within the EMEA region.

About the role
Job Description
To strengthen Finance COE Intercompany Team in providing high quality review and reporting of intercompany transactions we are looking for a motivated and flexible: The key purpose of the role is to ensure accuracy and quality of intercompany accounts and processes within EMEA region. Together with the team you work on process standardization and actions to improve internal controls while acting as a subject matter expert towards stakeholders.
Main responsibilities will include:
Execute financial services to guarantee quality, efficiency, effectiveness and on time completion of the various tasks and process steps (you work closely with Genpact who provides operational activities)
Assure correctness, on time delivery and sign-off on Intercompany operations
Specific month end activities
Ensure internal & SOX Controls are followed in order to guarantee completeness, correctness and security of key financial data and accounting transactions. Follow up on action plans, resulting from audits and/or SOX test results
Discuss with the ICO Partner/Manager possible improvement, standardization opportunities to execute the agreed upon process changes within your own area, to support a continuous increase in the efficiency of Intercompany processes
Ensure SLA's commitments are met, to support both Fin Ops COE and local entities in achieving the objectives of the SLA's
Participate in projects to support the implementation of process improvements within your area of responsibility
About you
Bachelor degree in Accountancy and at least 2 experience in accounting.
Analytical and a good problem-solver
Prioritizing and planning your own work is not a problem
Flexible and able to work with short deadlines
Excel skills are outstanding
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
