WSP USA Accounts Receivable Cash App Associate in Ephrata, Pennsylvania

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Accounts Receivable Cash App Associate for our Ephrata, PA office.

Your Impact

  • Problem solving and research to apply payments that are not applied.

  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients to research and help solve problems to apply payment.

  • Balancing current day cash to make sure all client payments have been accounted for.

  • Successfully closing and opening a new period/month to ensure all cash has been posted and no issues to prevent closing and opening function.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma.

  • Strong attention to detail - ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a high energy, fast paced environment.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Basic Spreadsheet.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable with exceptional customer service skills.

  • Strong communications skills - result driven in alignment with the WSP Culture.

  • Must possess a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues, clients, guests and other employees in the office.

  • Must be a self-starter capable of taking on tasks with little direction or supervision.

  • Must have initiative with ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked.

  • Must be able to prioritize assignments with minimal supervision along with time management, resourcefulness, fine attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Must be a strong team player.

  • Must be able to use discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree
